    Position Overview

    This role blends field coordination with client communication and schedule/budget management. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable leading crews, vendors, and timelines to deliver on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own the full project lifecycle: scope, schedule, budget, quality, and closeout

    • Coordinate crew schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries

    • Serve as the communication hub for clients, sales, and installation teams

    • Conduct site visits, verify measurements, and anticipate job constraints

    • Track materials, change orders, and job costs; maintain accurate documentation

    • Enforce safety standards and quality control at every stage

    • Resolve on-site issues quickly; escalate risks with clear action plans

    • Provide weekly status updates on progress, budgets, and next steps

    Requirements

    • Proven experience managing construction or home-improvement projects (screen enclosures a plus)

This is a commission-only position, perfect for someone with strong people skills, a proactive mindset, and the drive to control their own income.

    Responsibilities
