Overview

Responsibilities

Hiring & Training: Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing team members while maintaining company standards and expectations.

Inventory & Resource Planning: Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure crews have the materials, equipment, and resources needed for successful project completion.

Problem Solving: Address operational challenges quickly and effectively while making informed decisions that benefit both customers and the company.

Safety & Compliance: Maintain company safety standards, policies, and compliance with all applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management or operations experience, preferably within construction, home services, or a related industry.

• Proven leadership skills with experience managing multiple departments or teams.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

• Strong communication skills with employees, vendors, and clients.
