Overview:

As an Office Assistant at Just Screen It, GA, you will play an important role in supporting our daily office operations. This position works closely with the Office Manager to assist with clerical tasks, document organization, permitting support, and basic administrative functions that keep our projects running smoothly.

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable individual who enjoys working behind the scenes to support a growing construction company. While this role is primarily clerical, there may be occasional phone assistance when needed.

Responsibilities:

Clerical Support: Assist the Office Manager with daily administrative and clerical tasks to ensure efficient office operations.

Document Organization: Maintain organized files, job paperwork, permits, and project documentation.

Permitting Assistance: Help prepare and process permit applications and documentation for construction projects. Permitting experience is strongly preferred.

Vendor Payments: Assist with paying vendors, organizing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.

Data Entry: Enter and update project information, customer records, and internal documents accurately.

Basic Accounting Support: Assist with minimal accounting tasks such as organizing receipts, invoices, and payment tracking.

Project Coordination: Help prepare paperwork and documentation related to job scheduling and project progress.

Phone Support (Occasional): Provide occasional assistance answering or directing incoming calls when needed.

Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all paperwork, documentation, and office processes.

Team Support: Work closely with the Office Manager and team members to support day-to-day business operations.

Qualifications:

Administrative Experience: Previous office, clerical, or administrative experience preferred.

Permitting Knowledge: Experience with construction permitting or municipal permits is strongly preferred.

As a Skilled Carpenter at Just Build It, GA, you will play a key role in building and installing high-quality residential construction projects including framing, decks, patios, additions, and outdoor structures. We are seeking experienced carpenters who take pride in their craftsmanship and can work efficiently with minimal supervision.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for individuals who already possess strong carpentry skills, understand construction best practices, and can contribute immediately to job site productivity and quality.

Responsibilities:

Framing & Structural Work: Construct and install framing, decks, patios, additions, and other structural components according to plans and building standards.

Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret construction drawings and plans to ensure precise and accurate builds.

Finish & Detail Work: Perform quality carpentry work with attention to detail to ensure professional finishes and structural integrity.

Material Measurement & Cutting: Accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials to meet project specifications.

Job Site Efficiency: Manage time and tasks effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality workmanship.
