Overview:
As a Construction Technician at Just Screen It, GA, you will play a pivotal role in our team, overseeing the installation and maintenance of screen porches, pool enclosures, and patio additions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who can lead by example, demonstrate exceptional craftsmanship, and ensure client satisfaction through transparent communication and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
* Read Blueprint Plans: Ability to interpret and follow blueprint plans accurately to ensure precise installations and additions.
* Time Management: Efficiently manage time and resources to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
* Independent Accomplishment: Demonstrate self-reliance and initiative in completing tasks independently, with minimal supervision.
* Creativity in the Screen Industry: Bring creative solutions and innovative ideas to the table to enhance the design and functionality of screen porches, pool enclosures, and patio additions.
* Understanding of Angles and Cuts: Proficiency in understanding angles and making precise cuts for pool enclosures or patio additions to ensure a seamless fit and finish.
* Flashing and Sealing: Knowledgeable in the proper techniques for flashing and sealing patios to prevent water damage and ensure long-lasting durability.
* Client Transparency: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients throughout the project, addressing their needs, concerns, and preferences with professionalism and honesty.
* Go the Extra Mile: Demonstrate a commitment to excellence by consistently going above and beyond expectations, striving to exceed client satisfaction and project requirements.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in the screen industry, with a proven track record of successful installations and projects.
* Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a team effectively, delegate tasks, and provide guidance and support to ensure project success.
* Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with the ability to operate company vehicles safely and responsibly.
* Independence: Capable of working autonomously and making sound decisions without constant supervision, demonstrating reliability and accountability in all tasks.
* Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently, adapting to changing situations and overcoming challenges effectively.

Location: Hybrid (Home & Office in Richmond Hill)Just Screen It is looking for a dependable and organized Secretary/Admin Assistant to join our team in a hybrid role. This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing administrative tasks both remotely and in-person.
Schedule:
Office Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Work-from-Home Hours: Tuesday, Thursday | 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Manage emails, phone calls, and general inquiries
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
Schedule appointments and coordinate interviews
Provide administrative support to the team and assist with day-to-day operations
Data entry and maintaining client records
Handle light bookkeeping and invoice tracking (if applicable)
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Previous administrative or office experience preferred
